Mission

To upgrade healthcare delivery by connecting data within our disparate healthcare information management systems so that relevant patient information can be leveraged efficiently.

The 21 Century Cures Act addresses this problem with a new standard called FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resource). This new standard facilitates interoperability and allows disparate systems to communicate in common terms. We will help translate your data to this standard.

Our Services

We will transform your resident patient data to and from FHIR resources to facilitate meeting the 21 Century Cares Act mandate.

  • Mapping of discrete patient data to FHIR

    Discrete data is granular, reportable and measurable. InterOp Solutions can identify and collect discrete values from various data stores and map to FHIR to create a complete patient data context.

  • HL7 to FHIR mapping

    InterOp Solutions is able to map legacy HL7 transactions to FHIR. This will allow Providers to take advantage of modern interoperability standards and reduce risk of information blocking.

  • FHIR to HL7 mapping

    InterOp Solutions is able to map FHIR transactions to legacy HL7 standards. This will allow Providers to leverage their existing systems longer while still taking advantage of modern interoperability standards.

  • Presentation and hosting of FHIR server

    The HL7® FHIR® (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standard defines how healthcare information can be exchanged between different computer systems regardless of how it is stored in those systems. It allows healthcare information, including clinical and administrative data, to be available securely to those who have a need to access it, and to those who have the right to do so for the benefit of a patient receiving care.
